Why sony mirrorless are the perfect choice when vintage lenses. Never had the contax g90 or 85mm 2 8 but i love my shabby sony 85mm 2 8 sam with the same optical formula for portrait. The sony a7 is also capable of utilizing lens adapters if you want to use a lens that isn t an e mount lens. But i do need the in camera stabilization and the sony s ability to be adapted to vintage lenses. That s how i saved a lot of money learned how to focus manually and a lot about photography in general. I personally started using old minolta lenses on my sony nex long before i upgraded to the a7.
